Wheelz...
The
Wheelz Foundation© was formed in Jan 2000 to serve the
needs of children and teens. The Foundation provides
traffic safety education and financial grants to charities
that meet the same criteria with special attention to
services that:

Reduce traffic accidents that involve children and teen
drivers
Promote safety education, prevent drunk driving and promote alcohol
abstinence
Prevent speeding, especially with emphasis
on teen-drivers
Support and encourage schools and parents to provide early, effective
and regular traffic safety education
